SHALOM-BON VOYAGE.
SACRED HEART CONVENT SCHOOL bade adieu to the outgoing plus two batch.They brought down the curtain of their school life and turned over a new leaf in their life.
The farewell function began with the prayer service lighting of the candles by Rev.Fr.Joby Poulose, Rev.Sr.Phincy and Rev.Sr.Jincy Rose. Each and every student kindled a candle. The light stood as the symbol of the bright days awaiting them in the future. It also symbolised that without burning, one cannot emit light.It was followed by a prayer ceremony led by principal Rev.Sr.Phincy.
They basked themselves in the blessings of God during the prayer ceremony.
It was a blissful moment, a unique unison of heavenly support as they sought the divine blessings.
Students with their majestic bearing, striking looks and immaculate attires arrested the attention of the audience. They reminisced their nostalgic emotions running deep, sentiments and expression of gratitude, fragments of joyous moments.
All were spellbound by the dance-music-drama extravaganza presented by the students.
” After the school life, you are stepping into the university of life. Try to become your best”. Rev.Fr.Joby enunciated in his inspirational message. The gist of his message was a call to action for the out going students – DREAM BIG, WORK HARD.
Many interesting and tricky games were also arranged for the students which added more glitter and glamour to the day.
Students also thanked all the co-workers and helpers of the school, the silent workers who never got the chance to hug the limelight for what they do but the most important cog in every events.
The farewell function concluded with a scrumptious luncheon by the management.
