Christmas is a time to give and forgive. Sacred Heart Convent School celebrated the spirit of Christmas on 23rd December 2019 in the school premises.
Keeping with the mood of celebrations, the school auditorium and foyer were artistically adorned with Christmas trees, stockings, mistletoe and balloons. The soft sound of carols permeated the air creating a heavenly ambience as children dressed like Santa Claus spread radiance of Christmas.
The celebration was graced by Rev. Fr. Joby Paulose, the manager, Rev. SR. Phincy, principal and Rev. SR. Jincy Rose, Principal, primary wing.
Through this celebration the children learnt that GOD has handed us with precious gifts of hope, peace, joy and love and we must spread them to help the less beholden. Prizes were distributed to the meritorious students for their academic excellence.
“The spirit of Christmas should not be confined to a particular season rather we should always try to cherish the divinity within us and spread the vibes of it wherever we are” – Fr. Joby voiced as he gave the Christmas message to all.
